This Nurse Practitioner position supports the management of Pulmonary Critical Care Service Line patients at a medical center's Pulmonology Unit.
- Assist with patient admissions, rounds, consults, history and physicals, discharges, and other duties within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with Pulmonary Service Line physicians and other providers.
- Require graduate-level nursing or Physician Assistant education, current Tennessee licensure, national certification, and continuing education.
- Possess prescriptive authority, proficiency in critical care skills (e.g., intubation, line placements, ventilator management), and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain ACLS and BLS certifications, with 1-3 years of critical care experience preferred.
- Work full-time days, Monday through Friday, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
