Nurse Practitioner (Morrison, IL)

Seeking an experienced Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner for in-person roles across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Morrison, IL. This position offers a flexible, Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, promoting work-life balance.

• Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose, treat, and manage infectious diseases, and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate care, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain a minimum of 12 patient visits daily, with performance bonuses available.
• Qualifications include an active Illinois NP license, infection control experience preferred, and excellent communication skills, especially with elderly populations.
