- Assess and monitor patients, diagnose and treat infectious diseases
- Prescribe medications, develop care plans, and coordinate care with physicians
- Ensure accurate documentation and address care gaps to improve outcomes
- Maintain a minimum of 12 patient visits daily (bonus for exceeding)
- Active Illinois NP license with a Master’s degree in Nursing
- Preferred experience in infectious disease, geriatrics, or long-term care
- Strong communication skills, especially with elderly populations
- Starting at $50/hour with performance-based bonuses
