Nurse Practitioner (Morrison, IL)

Seeking an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner for in-person care in the Chicagoland area, based in Morrison, IL. This role offers part-time/full-time W2 positions with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and multi-site exposure across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

• Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose, treat, and manage infectious diseases, and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with care teams, coordinate referrals, and ensure accurate documentation to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a minimum of 12 patient visits daily, with performance bonuses available.
