Role Overview
Provide resident-centered support as a compassionate Registered Medication Aide & Certified Nurse Aide in a faith-based continuing care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications according to established policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence and comfort.
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
- Support residents’ overall well-being, including spiritual support aligned with community values.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain dignity, respect, and safety in all interactions and care activities.
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide and ability to perform medication aide duties.
- Strong caregiving compassion, patience, and resident-focused mindset.
- Clear communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work reliably in a care environment.
