Licensed Therapist (LICSW/LMHC or LCSW) - Moms Do Care Program

Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist position supporting pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders on Cape Cod.

• Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Assist with program development, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Work with external agencies and resources to support clients' needs.
• Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC), and at least 2 years’ experience. Knowledge of behavioral health, crisis handling, and serving at-risk populations is required.
