- Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals (65%)
- Offer individual, couples, and group counseling, with after-hours/on-call support
- Support clinical documentation, participate in meetings, and provide supervision for licensure candidates (20%)
- Conduct outreach, psychoeducation, and campus consultations, sometimes after hours (10%)
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education (5%)
