Qualifications & Skills
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required)
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- At least 1 year of experience preferred; new grads welcome
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment
- Deliver individualized therapy to residents
- Guide exercises to enhance mobility and strength
- Document progress and collaborate with healthcare team
