We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our therapy team at a youth crisis center serving adolescents aged 12-17.
- Provide trauma-informed, comprehensive clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, and discharge planning.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help students build coping skills, confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with academic staff on IEPs.
- Maintain licensure, complete required documentation, and adhere to program policies.
- Possibility of evening or weekend calls due to student needs.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
