Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

• Conducts assessments and develops individualized, person-centered habilitation plans in compliance with CMS, state, and facility policies.
• Delivers evidence-based individual and group therapy, offers crisis intervention, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to integrate mental health services into overall care.
• Engages families and caregivers, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains accurate documentation, and provides staff training on mental health topics.
• Participates in on-call duties, follows up with clients, and supports ongoing treatment needs.
  
  

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with electronic records. Physical ability to handle demanding tasks is necessary. The role offers competitive pay ($90,000-$110,000) and benefits, with in-person work in Enid, OK, requiring relocation prior to start.
