- Providing individual and group supervision aligned with licensure standards
- Supporting staff in licensure and documentation requirements
- Maintaining an active counseling caseload using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
- Assisting during crises, risk assessments, and safety planning
- Participating in leadership, program development, and quality improvement
- Monitoring clinician performance, caseloads, and implementing performance coaching
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
- Active LCSW licensure in TN and/or KY
- 2–3 years of post-licensure experience
- Experience in supervision and leadership roles
