Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor

The *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader* plays a key leadership role, overseeing clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, and crisis intervention across multiple locations in Tennessee and/or Kentucky.

• Provides individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring compliance with licensure standards and supporting professional growth.
• Maintains an active clinical caseload, delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and spiritually integrated care when appropriate.
• Supports crisis management, risk assessments, and safety planning, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational protocols.
• Participates in leadership activities, program development, and quality improvement efforts, fostering a culture aligned with core values.
• Monitors clinical performance, prepares reports, and coaches staff for performance enhancement.
  
  

Qualifications include an MSW, active LCSW license, clinical supervision eligibility, and experience in outpatient behavioral health.
