Physical Therapist in an inpatient hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve function, mobility, and independence.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
- Document patient progress and treatments in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within a patient-centered environment.
