Family Physician (MD or DO)

Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide direct patient care, develop clinical programs, and contribute to quality improvement and population health efforts in a community-based health center.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, collaborating with specialists, participating in quality management, and offering health education to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications:

• CA Medical License and Board Certification eligibility
• Experience with community health and diverse populations
• Effective communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of electronic health records (e.g., eCW) and community resources
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Position is full-time, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Requires reliable commute or relocation to Sausalito, CA, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, no nights.
