- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Perform physical exams, order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on health management.
- Conduct in-office procedures and participate in utilization review and infection control.
- Share after-hours call rotation with colleagues.
