Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, and minor procedures.

• Perform physical exams, manage chronic illnesses, and coordinate specialist care.
• Educate patients on health and lifestyle management.
• Provide pediatric and, in some settings, prenatal/postnatal care.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure effective care coordination.
• Work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Requirements include an Illinois medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, and an MD or DO degree. The role involves Monday–Friday hours, with 3-4 clinical half-days weekly and scholarly activities.
