- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Credit, Treasury Management, and specialty banking to deliver seamless service.
- Work with relationship teams on loan structuring, pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
- Drive growth in deposits, loans, and fee income while meeting sales and retention goals.
- Build community presence to generate referrals and expand the client base.
- Stay informed on market trends affecting clients and monitor portfolio risks and changes.
