The Clinician II oversees clinical supports within the Mental Health and Clinical Department for adults with disabilities, promoting inclusion and self-directed living.
- Provides trauma-informed care, recognizing co-occurring disorders such as mental illness, substance use, and medical conditions.
- Ensures staff understand trauma's impact and incorporate employment/volunteering into assessments and treatment plans.
- Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a human service field, licensure or eligibility (LCSW, LCPC, or Alcohol and Drug Counselor), and at least three years of supervisory experience.
- Must have knowledge of fiscal management, crisis intervention, and possess a valid Maine driver’s license.
- Requires LOCUS certification, PACT training, and compliance with health and safety protocols.
