Join our team as a Clinician I in Bath, NY, with a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus! This full-time role involves providing mental health assessments and therapy to youth aged 12-18 in residential care.

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups.
  • Provide clinical consultation and training based on experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members both verbally and in writing.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, being licensed or license-eligible (LMSW preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Experience with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a plus. Salary ranges from $62,500 to $80,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
