Coordinate daily clinical operations within a Healthcare & Medical Services department to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Serve as a clinical leader by mentoring and supporting bedside nursing staff, and partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Duties
- Oversee day-to-day clinical workflow to promote patient safety and quality care
- Support and mentor bedside staff, fostering a positive, team-based environment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to align care plans
- Promote quality and safety initiatives across the unit
- Assist with education and training efforts for staff
- Help manage resource allocation to support effective clinical operations
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Strong clinical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
