Care Manager

Role Overview



As a Caregiver,

you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Your responsibilities include following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you'll create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
  
  

Key Duties:

Providing compassionate care, ensuring safety, engaging residents, supporting daily routines, and effectively communicating with families and care teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

The pay range is $19.95 - $24.95 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability plans, retirement savings, paid time off, sick and holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and optional bonuses, with some eligibility requirements.
