Care Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to senior residents, enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED, age 18
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
