Assistant Director of Nursing (ICU)
Leads and coordinates nursing and patient-care operations for the ICU in partnership with the Director of Nursing. Ensures high-quality, person-centered, evidence-based care through effective oversight of staffing, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, patient flow, and unit resources.
- Provide 24/7 accountability for the assigned ICU unit.
- Oversee nursing staff and support efficient, safe delivery of care.
- Monitor and improve quality, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
- Manage patient flow and resource allocation to support continuity of care.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive compliance and operational excellence.
