What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at Live Well Home Group?
Executive Administrative Assistant/Operations Coordinator/Strategic Implementation Specialist
Are you the kind of person who walks into a chaotic situation and immediately starts building order? Do you love being the one who keeps everything running — and gets a little too excited about finding a smarter, faster, better way to do it? And when you're not heads-down on systems and logistics, are you genuinely energized by people — building relationships, making clients feel taken care of, and leaving everyone you work with better than you found them?
If that's you — we've been looking for you.
The Live Well Home Group is a people-first real estate team based in the South Sound region of Washington State. We're growing — and we need a sharp, motivated, detail-obsessed right hand to help us operate at the next level. This role starts part-time with a genuine, intentional path to full-time as we grow together.
