POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a week days contract position in Tampa, FL
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. PRN opportunities may be available after the contract period for the right candidate.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5-hour shifts)
- October 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26
Pay: $17–$21 per hour based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene - Client is mostly independent
- Provide mobility and transfer support as needed
- Prepare meals and support proper nutrition
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Offer companionship and social engagement
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition to the agency
- Complete shift documentation accurately and on time
- Use EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) app to clock in and out at every shift

REQUIREMENTS
- Active HHA or CNA certification — required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a home care, assisted living, or clinical setting
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain prior to start)
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (criminal, identity, sex offender registry) — conducted by Live Well Home Care LLC
- Reliable transportation — client is located in Tampa, FL
- Smartphone required for EVV clock-in/clock-out
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Must be 18 years of age or older
