Live Well Chiropractic & Wellness Center is looking for a creative, organized, and people-oriented Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, strengthen patient engagement, and expand our community presence.
For 25 years, Live Well has served families in our community through chiropractic care, functional nutrition, regenerative therapies, and patient education. We are passionate about helping people get to the root cause of their health concerns and move toward long-term wellness.
We are looking for someone who can help us communicate that mission clearly and consistently across every touchpoint.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You should be comfortable creating and coordinating campaigns, writing content, managing details, and also stepping out from behind the computer to build relationships, represent the brand, and communicate confidently with patients, businesses, and community partners.
This is not a director-level role. It is a hands-on marketing management position for someone who is ready to take ownership, keep projects moving, and help turn marketing ideas into measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Build and manage monthly and annual marketing calendars aligned with practice goals
- Plan and execute campaigns for new patient promotions, workshops, events, service highlights, seasonal offers, and patient reactivation
- Work closely with leadership to turn ideas into organized, actionable marketing plans
- Keep projects moving from concept to completion with strong follow-through
Digital Marketing
- Manage and coordinate content for social media, email marketing, website updates, and local SEO efforts
- Write or oversee clear, engaging copy that reflects the Live Well voice and vision
- Help support digital promotions, lead generation campaigns, and follow-up marketing efforts
- Monitor performance and help improve campaigns over time
Internal Marketing & Patient Communication
- Create and coordinate in-office promotions, educational materials, referral campaigns, and service awareness pieces
- Help ensure the Live Well message is carried consistently across patient touchpoints
- Support the team with campaigns that encourage patient engagement, referrals, workshop attendance, and movement into additional services
Community Outreach & Brand Representation
- Help coordinate workshops, community events, outreach efforts, and local partnerships
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups
- Represent Live Well professionally and confidently in person
- Communicate the Live Well vision in a way that builds trust, interest, and action
Reporting & Accountability
- Track key marketing metrics such as leads, inquiries, conversions, campaign engagement, and growth trends
- Provide regular updates on what is working, what needs improvement, and where opportunities exist
- Stay organized, meet deadlines, and take ownership of results
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, verbal communications, campaign management, or a related role
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with social media, email marketing, content planning, and campaign execution
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and working in a fast-paced small business environment
- Comfortable using platforms such as Canva, Meta platforms, email marketing tools, Google Business, and basic analytics/reporting tools
- Must be able to work in person in New Paris, PA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, chiropractic, fitness, or another service-based business
- Experience with community outreach, event promotion, or local brand partnerships
- Familiarity with lead generation and local business marketing
- Experience in a role that required strong people skills, relationship-building, or consultative communication
