Job Description & Requirements

We are a collaborative, high-volume, cutting-edge chiropractic clinic in Bedford, PA, and we’re looking for an Associate DC who wants to build a long-term career without going it alone. When you join us, you’ll become part of a team of four chiropractors, step into a full schedule, and focus on what you trained for—delivering excellent patient care.

We handle the marketing, community outreach, and patient growth for you, and your schedule is built in advance. With an average patient retention of 1.75 years, you’ll have the opportunity to build genuine, lasting relationships—not a revolving door of visits. For over 25 years, we’ve been the go-to natural health practice in our community, with 75% of new patients coming through referrals. Our current associates have been with us for 6 and 11 years, reflecting the stability and support we provide.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, with an expected patient volume of approximately 200 adjustments per week. Our doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per adjustment.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform patient consultations, exams, and Reports of Findings
• Deliver instrument-based and gentle tonal-style adjustments (3–5 minutes per adjustment)
• Provide shockwave, PEMF, and laser therapy services
• Conduct re-exams and guide ongoing care plans
• Support wellness lifestyle education and functional nutrition guidance
• Collaborate daily with a team of chiropractors and CAs
• Participate in professional development and team meetings

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Pennsylvania chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain)
