- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse or mental health issues

- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be an instrumental part of clients care team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Working hand in hand with a QBHS, as the care team leader, you will facilitate client improvement through direct services or your care team. Reporting to the clinical director, your role will involve conducting patient assessments, implementing behavioral therapies, and maintaining accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilizing your core skills in mental health counseling and patient care, along with premium skills in crisis intervention and psychotherapy, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth within our organization. Qualifications
- Licensed mental health professional with a strong background in psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
- Proficient in HIPAA compliance and patient care practices.
