Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components to identify issues early and prevent downtime.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks related to plumbing, flooring, trim, painting, and replacing parts
- Use power tools
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance
- Assist with residential painting projects and other facilities maintenance tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members or contractors on larger projects
- Respond promptly to prioritized tasks.
