We are seeking a dynamic and creative freelance Videographer/Editor to bring compelling visual stories to life through innovative filming and editing techniques. Responsibilities
- Operate professional filming equipment, including cameras, lighting systems, and audio gear, to produce visually engaging content for live events, promotional videos, and digital media.
- Plan and execute shot lists, framing, lighting setups, and camera movements to ensure high-quality footage aligned with project goals.
- Edit raw footage using industry-standard media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, and Adobe After Effects to craft seamless narratives.
- Incorporate graphic design elements using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to enhance visual storytelling.
- Manage post-production processes including color correction with Adobe Lightroom, sound editing, visual effects integration, and final output formatting for various platforms.
- Operate broadcast studio equipment during live productions or recorded sessions to ensure smooth operation of video feeds and audio systems.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts that utilize theatrical lighting equipment, rigging techniques, and lighting for video production to achieve desired aesthetic effects.
- Maintain technical proficiency with media editing software and stay updated on the latest trends in videography, editing techniques, and live event AV production projects.
Experience
- Proven experience in videography and video editing within a professional setting, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, and other graphic design software tools.
- Hands-on experience operating theatrical lighting equipment, rigging systems, broadcast studio equipment, and live production performance setups.
- Knowledge of audio and video processing techniques along with experience managing media editing workflows from capture to final delivery.
- Familiarity with lighting systems for video production and photography to create optimal visual conditions during shoots.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality in both filming and editing tasks.
- Strong technical proficiency combined with creative problem-solving skills essential for live event AV production projects.
