What You'll Do
Our School Director will create a loving responsible culture making everyone feel safe, happy and comfortable.
- A good director manages a team of early childhood educators.
- Ensures that all pertinent information is present and accurate for state licensure.
- Creates and maintains clear and consistent communication.
- Ensures that the facility is safe and secure
- Manages hiring and orientation of new staff
- Helps out in every area of the school.
- Manages required training for all staff
Requirements
- A Director must have a minimum of three years experience working in licensed childcare.
- Three letters of reference.
- Be in good mental and physical health.
- Must be reliable, dependable and dedicated to the school.
- Must be kind and show grace to everyone while maintaining excellence.
- Is a creative rule follower
