Job Summary
The position of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services or designee, provides leadership and direct service in the development, implementation, and monitoring of school wide behavioral and social-emotional supports for students across the school community. This position supports the District’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) by delivering evidence-based behavior analytic services, building staff capacity, and improving school climate, student engagement, attendance, belonging, wellness, and integrated student supports. The BCBA promotes equitable access to learning through preventative, restorative, trauma informed, intervention, and system-level behavior support strategies.
