The Director of Finance serves as the company's primary financial strategist-shaping long-term planning, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring sustainable growth across our multi-entity, multi-state operations. This role partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership to drive financial strategy, manage risk, evaluate investment opportunities, and elevate financial systems and processes.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Strategic Leadership & Financial Strategy
- Financial Operations & Risk Management
- Partnership & Collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership overseeing multi-entity or multi-state operations.
- Strong background in construction finance, capital management, and strategic planning preferred.
- Proficiency with construction accounting systems (e.g., Sage 300, Build, Viewpoint).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of GAAP, WIP, and revenue recognition.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.
- Ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
