We Prioritize Mental Health
Human-service work can be incredibly meaningful, but it can also be emotionally demanding. Live Love Outreach believes employees do their best work when they are supported as whole people.
We prioritize mental health, encourage healthy professional boundaries, value time away from work, and want our employees to build sustainable careers serving their community.
About the Position
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, daily operations, safety, staff supervision, and success of the Tiny Home Village.
The Site Manager reports directly to the Operations Director, serves as a member of the organization's Leadership Team, and directly supervises a team of six or more employees.
This is a primarily onsite leadership position. We believe effective Site Managers are visible, accessible, engaged, and willing to lead by example.
This is not a traditional case management position. There may occasionally be circumstances where the Site Manager temporarily provides additional support to up to three residents with higher or more complex needs when there is a service gap. This is not intended to become an ongoing caseload.

- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and web-based documentation systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet organizational driving requirements.

- Knowledge of the Clark County homeless response system, Coordinated Entry, housing navigation, behavioral health resources, and community partnerships.
- Experience using HMIS or similar documentation systems.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and de-escalation.
Lived Experience Is Valued
We strongly encourage applicants with lived experience of homelessness, housing instability, addiction or recovery, incarceration, behavioral health challenges, poverty, or navigating complex social-service systems to apply.
We recognize that leadership skills and valuable experience are developed in many different ways. A traditional career or educational path is not the only way to become an effective leader.
Personal experience navigating difficult systems can bring perspective, empathy, resilience, resourcefulness, and an ability to connect with people that cannot always be taught.
If you have strong leadership skills, believe in our mission, and are willing to continue learning, we want to hear from you.

Please apply — even if you don't meet every preferred qualification.
We're interested in the whole person you would bring to this position: your leadership experience, lived experience, community knowledge, ability to connect with people, willingness to learn, and commitment to creating a strong team and community.
If you're looking for meaningful work where your leadership can have a direct impact on both employees and residents, we'd love to hear from you.
