Personal Assistant (Business & Household Support)Overview
I am seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support both business operations and light household management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in helping grow a coaching/therapy and content-based business while also assisting with day-to-day personal and home responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Content Support
- Assist with social media management across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta)
- Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (reels, posts, stories)
- Basic video editing for short-form content
- Design graphics using Canva
- Support content planning and brainstorming ideas aligned with brand messaging
- Schedule posts and maintain a consistent online presence
- Assist with email management, calendar scheduling, and client coordination
- Help organize and streamline business systems for growth
Administrative Tasks
- Manage calendar, appointments, and reminders
- Organize digital files and documents (Microsoft Office tools)
- Assist with light research and project coordination
- Help track tasks and maintain productivity systems
Household Support
- Assist with light household duties (dishwasher, laundry, tidying)
- Help with occasional errands or organizing projects
- Support with meal prep or simple household tasks as needed
- Light Pool maintenance
- Childcare: pickup and drop off (12-year-old)
Animal Care
- Assist with the care of animals, including:
- Horse
- Chickens
- Dog(s)
- Cat(s)
- Help with feeding, basic maintenance, and general support as needed
Requirements
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta/Facebook)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable around animals and willing to assist with their care
- Trustworthy, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
- Experience supporting a coach, entrepreneur, or small business
- Creative eye for branding and content aesthetics
- Basic understanding of marketing and audience engagement
Work Environment & Schedule
- Flexible hours (part-time/full-time depending on candidate)
- Combination of in-person and remote tasks (as applicable)
- Must be comfortable working in a home and business setting
