Position Summary
LLH Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Collegiate Partnerships Associate to build and strengthen partnerships with colleges and conference partners across the country.
The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder, sports enthusiast, and business professional who thrives in networking environments and enjoys developing long-term partnerships. This individual will represent LLH Healthcare at collegiate sporting events, conferences, alumni functions, and campus activities while identifying opportunities to expand the organization's visibility and strengthen strategic relationships.
This role requires a willingness to travel extensively, including evenings and weekends, to attend collegiate athletic events, conferences, partnership meetings, and networking opportunities. Success in this position requires strong business acumen, professional presence, and the ability to build meaningful relationships that create value for both LLH Healthcare and its collegiate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with athletic department leaders, coaches, student organizations, alumni groups, and university administrators.
- Identify and pursue new collegiate partnership opportunities that increase awareness of LLH Healthcare.
- Serve as the primary relationship support contact for assigned collegiatepartners.
- Represent LLH Healthcare at collegiate sporting events, conferences, tournaments, alumni events, and networking functions.
- Promote LLH Healthcare's brand through campus presentations, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and student outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize the use of marketing assets and create meaningful campus engagement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage athletic programs, sponsorships, events, and campus partnerships to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Support the development of a pipeline of prospective collegiate partners and strategic opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with partner institutions to ensure strong engagement and long-term partnership success.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide updates on partnership activities, relationship development, and engagement opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted ambassador for LLH Healthcare and uphold the organization's mission and values in all interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,Sports Managementor a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in business development,sports management, marketing, athletics, customer success, or relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, or collegiate athletics engagement.
- Experience developing partnerships, sponsorships, or community engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with collegiate athletics, campus engagement strategies, and event activation.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage outreach efforts and partnership activities.
