Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Manager to lead and coordinate care within our residential treatment facilities. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality client care, and foster a safe, supportive environment for individuals receiving waiver services. Your leadership will drive team collaboration, compliance with healthcare regulations, and the implementation of individualized plans of care. Duties
- Supervise and support staff, including handling when call-outs occur
- Oversee new client intake for residential facilities and integrate them into programs and scheduling
- Coordinate with staff to ensure clients' needs and schedules are met
- Ensure compliance with waiver regulations and maintain accurate records in accordance with legal standards
- Manage day-to-day operations within the facilities, including safety protocols, emergency response planning, and staff scheduling
- Must be able to be on-call, when necessary, to ensure no clients go without care and supervision
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Perform well under high stress and pressure
- Must be flexible
- Previous experience in management preferred
This position requires Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm availability, with on call access and the ability to cover shifts when necessary.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
