We are seeking an exceptional Spa Director to lead the front-of-house experience at our growing wellness clinic, with opportunities to support and advance as we expand into additional locations. You understand that first impressions matter and that the client experience begins the moment the phone rings or the door opens.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duty is delivering exceptional client experienceAnswer phones promptly and professionally while managing in-clinic client flowGreet clients warmly and oversee check-in and check-out processesMaintain accurate scheduling and handle payments and membershipsAdminister ancillary wellness services including HBOT, oxygen bar, and PEMF (training provided)Support daily spa operations and ensure a smooth, elevated client experienceMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environmentCommunicate effectively with clinical staff to keep operations running efficientlyWhat We’re Looking ForPrior experience in wellness, spa, medical office, hospitality, or customer service preferredExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentComfortable working independently and taking initiativeAbility to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressureTech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling systems and point-of-sale softwareThis Role Is Not a Fit If...You require a rigid schedule or must clock out the moment the doors close.
