The Entry Level Sales Representative is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in sales. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll represent AT&T at retail events, engage directly with customers, and help them explore products and services that fit their needs. No extensive experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to set you up for success.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a retail setting to introduce AT&T products and services
- Build rapport and use a consultative approach to understand customer needs
- Educate customers on devices, service plans, and current promotions
- Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain organized records
- Stay informed on AT&T products, pricing, and policies
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized event space
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is a plus
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred (not required)
- Direct experience as an Entry Level Sales Representative is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using basic technology such as POS systems and tablets
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (including some evenings and weekends)
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally
