Perform supervisory visits of both LNA's and PCSP's.

Provide teaching and coaching to LNA's and PCSP's to perform at optimal job performance levels

Assist with scheduling new and existing clients and be comfortable using software to navigate schedules.

Required on call time, being part of the on call rotation

Maintain a current NH Nursing license

Working with the LNA Scope of Practice, will assist LNA's and PCSP's in ongoing education and learning of new skills

New client assessments

Obtain doctors orders to complete Plans of Care, Care Plan updates

Supervise the clients plans of care are being followed and expectations are being met

Nursing visits as needed

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
