As the first and last person our patients interact with each day, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience while helping our office run smoothly in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with forms and office procedures
- Coordinate patient flow and provider schedules
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Help create a positive, organized, and efficient office environment
- Support patient education and engagement initiatives

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Medical, chiropractic, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Evening availability is required
