Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
- Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
- Actively contribute to team events and initiatives as outlined by team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
- Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor client interactions and track all activities
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
