Live for Wellness Chiropractic Center needs a professional, energetic, dependable assistant. This position would involve organizing a heavy patient load and handling a busy reception area. The candidate must be superb on the telephone, extremely detail oriented and must know how to use iPad applications. All patient intake is electronic on an iPad; candidate must be technologically savvy.
Live for Wellness is looking for a Patient Coordinator with administrative billing experience, statistic tracking (Excel spreadsheet) capability and EHR experience. We need a go-getter and a runner to join our team. This is not a sit-down receptionist position. Experience with medical terminology is highly recommended for assisting doctors with patients.
Live for Wellness specializes in pediatric care, so the position requires comfortability with babies and small children. The candidate must be coachable and willing to be a team leader under the direction of the clinic doctors. Seminars and travel will occur for training 1-2 times per year, as a clinic team.

This position will average around 20-30 hours per week. Pay rate will be hourly and dependent upon experience. Average is $21-23/hour starting.
Close living proximity will be highly recommended for this position due to high traffic in the Charleston area. Candidate will be cross-trained in the West Ashley & Johns Island clinic locations and will work mainly at the West Ashley clinic location.
