- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety meet our top-tier standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance restaurant profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Coach and mentor staff, providing training and growth opportunities.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation.
- Resolve staff conflicts and guest complaints with professionalism and care.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Proven experiencein a leadership rolewithin the restaurant industry.
- Previouslyheld a role as a Front of House Manager or General Manager
