Bartender K38 Baja Grill (New Location Opening Seaboard Station, Raleigh, NC)
About Us:
K38 Baja Grill, part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group, is known for fresh Baja-inspired flavors, scratch kitchens, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Were bringing our newest K38 to Seaboard Station in Raleigh, opening mid-to-late November 2025, and were looking for talented Bartenders to join our opening team.
What Youll Do:

Craft and serve signature cocktails, beer, and wine with speed, accuracy, and flair

Provide exceptional guest service by engaging warmly with guests at the bar and in the dining room

Maintain bar stock, prep ingredients, and follow recipes for consistent quality

Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and K38 standards

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and inviting for guests
What Were Looking For:

Prior bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred

Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine

Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality

Ability to multitask and thrive during busy shifts

Must be at least 21 years old
