What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ecommerce Marketing Manager position at Live Comfortably, LLC?
About the Company:
Live Comfortably is a growing consumer bedding company with a portfolio of licensed and owned brands including Serta, Protect-A-Bed, Restful Nights, Downlite, and Good Housekeeping. We sell across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and our own DTC sites and are building a more aggressive, full-funnel go-to-market strategy.
Overview:
The Retail Media & Advertising Senior Manager sits at the center of this effort, serving as the bridge between our agency partners and the business. This role owns the orchestration, performance accountability, and strategic direction of retail media and paid digital advertising across marketplaces and DTC. The right candidate brings agency or retail media experience, understands how these platforms truly work, and is ready to step into a brand-side leadership role with clear ownership of outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Includes the following, other duties may be assigned)
Primary Responsibilities :
Agency orchestration and leadership
- Own day-to-day management of retail media and paid digital agency partners, including PacVue (Amazon), BlueWheel (DTC paid media), and additional agencies as the portfolio grows
- Challenge agency strategies, push back on underperforming or misaligned plans, and ensure all partners are working toward shared business objectives rather than in silos
Amazon advertising oversight
- Partner with PacVue on full-funnel Amazon advertising across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, AMC, and tentpole events
- Critically review media plans, ask the right strategic questions, and ensure recommendations are built around business objectives—not agency constraints
DTC paid media management
- Oversee paid social, affiliate, and search performance for RestfulNights.com
- Understand traffic acquisition costs, conversion economics, and the connection between paid media, email/CRM platforms, and on-site experience
- Drive the agency toward an integrated, full-funnel view of performance rather than channel-by-channel reporting
Omnichannel and retail media expansion
- Manage advertising efforts across Walmart Connect, Target’s retail media network, and other emerging or pureplay channels
- Evaluate agency-managed services and, in select cases, perform hands-on optimization for smaller or test-and-learn accounts (e.g., Wayfair)
Budget ownership and investment strategy
- Own the advertising budget across channels, tracking spend versus plan
- Provide clear recommendations on where incremental investment should be scaled or reallocated based on performance
Social media oversight
- Oversee organic social media strategy and execution, including LinkedIn for brand building
- Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment through development and management of a content calendar
Cross-agency integration
- Actively coordinate across PacVue, BlueWheel, and internal tools to ensure shared audiences, creativity, timing, and insights are connected
- Align Amazon tentpole events with DTC and omnichannel media strategies
Performance reporting and communication

- Report performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and participate in monthly business reviews
