- Build and maintain excellent relationships with senior participants
- Develop and implement exercise program
- Provide timely feedback to the company, communities and participants
- Proven experience in the health and wellness industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work well with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Motived self-starter with ability to manage your own schedule
- Background/proven experience with developing daily exercise programs
