Role Description
This is an on-site role for an Independent Personal Trainer at our facility in West El Paso. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored fitness programs, conducting one-on-one and group training sessions, and providing guidance on nutrition and overall wellness. Additionally, the role includes monitoring clients' progress, motivating them to reach their fitness goals, and ensuring a positive and inclusive gym environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to create and lead effective exercise programs
- Knowledge and skills in Nutrition to provide guidance on healthy eating and lifestyle habits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
- Relevant certifications such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM are preferred
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, judgment-free environment
