About Us
LIV Wellness is looking for a friendly, dependable, and tech-savvy Gym Attendant / Wellness Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, is passionate about health and wellness, and feels comfortable helping capture social media content. As a key part of our team, you will help provide an exceptional experience for members and guests while supporting daily operations in a clean, welcoming, and upbeat environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Assist with front desk operations, check-ins, scheduling, and general member support
- Answer questions about services, classes, and facility offerings
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the space
- Support day-to-day gym and wellness studio operations
- Assist with filming and capturing social media content for our social media manager.
- Help promote a positive, energetic, and community-focused atmosphere
- Use technology and software systems confidently for scheduling, communication, and member services
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology, apps, and basic digital platforms
- Interest in fitness, recovery, health, and wellness
- Confident assisting with social media content creation, including filming short videos and behind-the-scenes content
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working in a gym, wellness studio, spa, or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms
- A creative eye for content and branding
