What You’ll Do
- Keep our community beautiful: Handle all aspects of property maintenance, from curb appeal to apartment turnovers and preventative care.
- Respond like a pro: Complete service requests quickly and efficiently, usually within 24 hours.
- Be a safety champion: Follow best practices and company policies to keep our residents and team safe.
- Stay connected: Communicate with residents and team members, ensuring everyone’s needs are met.
- Support your team: Jump in to help wherever needed and keep the positive energy flowing!
What We’re Looking For
- Semi-skilled in general home maintenance or skilled in a related field.
- Type II or Universal refrigerant certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk up to 10 miles a day, and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Strong communication skills in English.
